It has a capacity of 75 MW consisting of three units of 25 MW each and a high rockfill dam that lies along the Agno River. In 1990, AHEP was damaged by an earthquake and repeated aftershocks. NPC deemed it necessary that the plant undergo rehabilitation and repair to restore its operation.

It involves the financing, construction and maintenance of a new prison facility through a PPP arrangement, which will have the capacity to accommodate 26,000 inmates with facilities for both men and women, ranging from minimum to maximum security. Custodial and rehabilitation services are excluded from the scope of the PPP agreement.

The San Ramon Newport Project aims to improve the competitiveness of the Zamboanga City Special Economic Zone and Freeport (ZamboEcozone) and fulfill its vision of becoming a world-class economic zone that will link resources, markets, and other logistical activities that can contribute to the economic development of Zamboanga City and Mindanao. It will entail construction, operation and maintenance (O&M) of a world-class seaport to be located within the First Industrial Park of ZamboEcozone.
The project includes a below ground powerhouse with three (3) 115-megawatt turbine-generators and a nearly six-mile-long 230-kilowatt transmission line. Other facilities of the project include a concrete chute spillway to handle excess water, a power tunnel/penstock for routing water from the reservoir to the power plant and an electrical substation. In addition to the dam’s production of non-polluting hydroelectric power, its five-square-mile reservoir serves as a settling basin that will entrap sediment above the dam, thus improving water quality below the dam.
The project involves the construction of an 880.02 - m long, 4-lane vehicle underpass along the innemost lanes of Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue passing under the intersections at Makati Avenue and Paseo de Roxas. The underpass will include a 570-meter tunnel, a 140 meter approach road from the west toward Makati Avenue, and a 170.17 meter approach road from east toward Paseo de Roxas.

Tomas, Batangas (5.81 km.) with the associated spur to the Southern Tagalog Arterial Road (1.79 km.).
